Founder of Whyteleaf
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” – Eleanor Roosevelt
Radha Siva Ramanathan’s journey is a testament to the power of dreams and dedication. Born and raised in London, Radha attended Wallington High School for Girls before studying Architecture (B.Arch.) at the University of Westminster. However, her passion for education led her to pursue a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of Roehampton.
With over 15 years of teaching experience in schools across the UK, Radha has had the privilege of working with children from all walks of life. Her love for teaching, learning, and helping others has always been at the heart of her work. A career break brought her to India, but instead of slowing down, Radha discovered her true calling: building a school.
Now, as a Google Certified Educator and Trainer, as well as a Microsoft Certified Educator, Radha is on a mission to provide the tools and resources her community needs to succeed. Her vision is clear—to create an environment where every child can flourish.
As a mother, Radha knows the importance of balance and perseverance, and she is more determined than ever to turn her dream into a reality. She invites everyone to join her on this exciting journey of creating something meaningful for the next generation.

Play-Based Learning:
Children learn best through play, exploration, and hands-on activities. The curriculum provides a framework for playful learning experiences that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Inquiry-Based Learning:
We promote inquiry-based learning, encouraging children to ask questions, explore their curiosities, and construct their own understanding of the world around them.
Holistic Development:
We go beyond academics and nurture the whole child. The curriculum emphasises creativity, social skills, emotional well-being, and a sense of self alongside academic development.
Individualised Learning:
Every child learns at their own pace and has unique strengths. The curriculum allows for flexibility and personalisation, ensuring each child is challenged and supported in achieving their full potential.
Parent Partnership:
We believe in the importance of strong partnerships between educators and parents, collaborating closely to support each child’s learning and well-being both at school and at home.
Global Citizenship:
We foster a sense of global citizenship, promoting cultural awareness, empathy, and respect for diversity to prepare our students to thrive in an interconnected world.
By combining a nurturing environment, innovative curriculum, and passionate educators, Whyteleaf School provides a unique and enriching learning experience for every child.
